This refreshing drink is easy on your stomach and made fresh for each ride.
All Natural Maple Syrup Sports Drink
31/2 cups cold water
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1/4 cup OJ
2 Tablespoons Lime juice, bottled or fresh ( we use the whole lime)
a pinch of salt
Makes (2) 16 oz bottles
